Women have to wait 43 more years to earn as much as men, according to a report from the US. The report from The Institute for Women’s Policy Research found that the pay gap is closing with women in 2013 making 78.3 cents for every dollar earned by men, up from 60.2 cents in 1980. However parity won’t be reached until 2058.
