Trump inhaler triggers strong reactions on social media

A UK respiratory physician has highlighted on social media how one of her patients has recycled an old asthma inhaler into a Donald Trump lookalike device.

Dr Binita Kane, (@BinitaKanea consultant respiratory physician at University Hospital of South Manchester, posted pictures of asthma inhalers that her patient had repurposed into snails, birds and the controversial POTUS.

“Another way to recycle inhaler devices – Donald Trump Ellipta is my favourite ! Absolute genius from one of my patients,” she said

Responses however were mixed. While some tweeters said it demonstrated the patient’s ingenious craft skills, one asthma patient said just the sight of The Donald” might be enough to trigger an adverse reaction.

“I can’t recommend that seeing Trumps angry mug will help the respiratory problems,” she said.

Other social media user posted pictures of other inhalers that have been blinged up by their patients.

But to date there has been no reaction so far from the most prominent Twitter user, @RealDonaldTrump
