Coronavirus: LFA advice for people living with a lung condition

10 Mar 2020

Lung Foundation Australia has provided advice on how to manage the risk of coronavirus infection for people with lung condition or lung cancer. The advice, presented by Chair Professor Christine Jenkins, describes the reasonable precautions people can take to minimise the risk of contracting viruses during the current COVID-19 outbreak. Aspects include hygiene, travel, transport, socialising, the role of face masks and also the importance of having an action plan.

The LFA also provides practical advice from a person living with a lung condition, the Chair of the Bronchiectasis Consumer Committee.

The advice can be accessed here.
