ADEA to be led by former NDSS manager

The Australian Diabetes Educators Association has announced that Susan Davidson will commence the role of ADEA CEO on the 22nd of May 2019.

A former General Manager of NDSS for more than a decade from 2009 to 2018, Susan oversaw the delivery of diabetes products, services, and education as well as assistance to more than 1.3 million people as well as delivery of education and information to health professionals.

More recently Susan has held the role of Executive Officer with Australia 21, a not for profit think tank that promotes on innovative and fair approaches to public policy through evidence-based research.

Susan studied Economics at Macquarie University and Health Science at Charles Sturt University.

“Susan is very excited about the opportunity to contribute to ADEA and its success, and is looking forward to meeting with as many of ADEA’s key stakeholders in the coming months,” said ADEA President Brett Fenton.
