Almost half of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis patients in the US say they are dissatisfied with their treatment, a survey of over 5,000 patients finds. Adverse effects and a lack of effectiveness were the main reasons for discontinuing biological agents, however the inability to obtain adequate insurance coverage was among the top reasons for discontinuation, the JAMA study reported.
