Morning routine does wonders for adherence

Adding inhalers to the morning ablutions does wonders for adherence. Keeping inhaled corticosteroids in the bathroom or incorporating them into a daily routine increased the likelihood of compliance by threefold (16% adherent vs. 5% nonadherent) found the study of almost 400 elderly people with asthma.
