There continues to be low adherence and persistence to secondary prevention therapy post-acute coronary syndrome despite its benefits in reducing the risk of repeat ischaemic events.  In this podcast, Melbourne’s A/Professor Nicholas Cox describes strategies to improve this situation, both at the hospital and at the individual patient level.
