Methotrexate tablets marketed by Pfizer as Methoblastin have been supplied without child-resistant caps, the TGA has advised.
Doctors should instruct their patients to return their tablets to their pharmacy so that the cap on the bottle can be replaced with one that is child-resistant, the advisory says.
There are no concerns regarding the quality or safety of the medicine, it added.
